Name for Papers for the South Dakota Legislation Assessment’s Rural Legal professionals Symposium

The South Dakota Legislation Assessment seeks article proposals, audio system, and panel contributors for a symposium on points associated to rural legal professionals. The Rural Lawyer symposium can be held in Vermillion, South Dakota, on September 21 and 22, 2023

Abstracts of 300-500 phrases are due June 16, 2023.

The symposium will give attention to rural legal professionals. The editors search articles and audio system that handle a number of of the next subjects, or different associated subjects:

  2. Conflicts of curiosity for rural legal professionals

The editors actively search numerous viewpoints and numerous scholarly approaches.  Though the symposium is just not a historic or comparative mission, the editors welcome articles with historic or comparative options.

In your proposal, please point out whether or not you’ll be excited about (1) publishing your subject, (2) talking on the symposium, or (3) each. Precedence can be given to proposals the place the contributor expects to each publish and communicate at our in-person occasion, though we’ll contemplate different proposals. 

The Name for Papers opens right now with abstracts due on June 16, 2023. Please ship abstracts to [email protected]. Chosen contributors can be notified by July 1, 2023. Completed articles can be due Friday, December 1, 2023. Our editors will work with you over the winter 2023-24 to organize your work for publication. The symposium quantity can be revealed and launched in the summertime of 2024.
